Spring blossoms and autumn fruits, winter passes and spring arrives, and in the blink of an eye, a year has passed again. Looking back on this year of uncertainty in the spread and prevention of the epidemic, as well as the extremely difficult industry situation, countless bits and pieces are vividly remembered. In order to summarize the gains and losses of the company’s development in the past year, and to unify the overall development of the company in 2023 and clarify the direction, on the morning of January 19, 2023, Ecarnet held the 2023 Spring Festival Work Annual Meeting, and at noon, all employees had a dinner party.

At the meeting, Mr. Fang Zhu, the Chairman and General Manager of the company, summarized and analyzed the completion status of the company’s key work in 2022. 2022 is a year of continuous progress amidst difficulties. Although the efficiency of some key tasks has been affected due to factors such as the epidemic, the company has made substantial progress in project development in the three major fields of passenger car networking, digital marketing, and autonomous driving. Subsequently, Mr. Fang deployed and arranged the company’s top 10 key work plans for 2023, clarifying project responsibilities and management teams. Afterwards, we also shared with all employees some of Xiaomi’s Chairman Lei Jun’s core management concepts and Xiaomi’s path to success. We hope that everyone will always maintain a positive state of self-directed learning, improve the operational efficiency of the company, and do a good job in value creation, value evaluation, and value distribution. Finally, we commended the outstanding employees of the company for their outstanding performance in 2022, acknowledging their outstanding contributions to the company over the past year.
