1. Establish corporate project management systems and project management processes, promote the standardized operation of projects within the company, identify any deficiencies within the company’s project management mechanisms, and offer suggestions and feedback for improvements to the project management process;

2. Develop and maintain a comprehensive company quality management system and standards, and orchestrate continual improvements to products and systems;

3. Coordinate human and technical resources during the project implementation, secure support from the HR department and heads of relevant departments, and provide timely updates to the department heads and corporate leadership about the project’s progress, quality, and personnel information;

4. Manage communications and coordination with other key partners and suppliers involved in the project;

5. Participate in negotiations with key suppliers in the project, monitor the implementation work of key suppliers;

6. Organize project kick-off meetings and participate in technical and commercial reviews related to the project;

7. Control requirements, timelines, and quality supervision during the project implementation phase, assist the project manager in planning and scheduling, and, when necessary, help the project manager handle relations with the project owner;

8. Organize company project quality meetings, analyze and research issues in quality management, and propose improvements;

9. Collect, organize, and communicate various laws, regulations, technical standards, industry norms, and user information related to company operations, and provide necessary management advice to company leadership and project managers.

1. Bachelor’s degree or above; priority given to candidates with experience in IT, connected car services, or call centers;
2. At least 5 years of relevant project management experience, having managed significant projects, including experience with multiple projects. Individual projects should have a value of over 12 million and a project execution period of more than 1 year; the candidate should have managed software projects worth no less than 8 million and information system integration projects worth at least 10 million;
3. Possesses professional knowledge related to project management; has practical skills in initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, and closing projects;
4. Holds a PMP (Project Management Professional) certification; can use English as a working language;
5. Has strong communication, coordination, and organizational abilities, a sense of responsibility and execution, and excellent learning ability;
6. Has outstanding logical thinking, communication skills, and written organization abilities, remains calm under pressure, and can coordinate and resolve emergencies in a timely and reliable manner.
