1. Technical support for connectivity services of imported Volkswagen vehicles, with no telemarketing duties involved;

2. Answer calls from dealers, addressing inquiries about activating the connectivity services for imported Volkswagen vehicles;

3. Operate the ticketing system, ensuring timely escalation of issues to the back-end technical department and other suppliers;

4. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, and submit to company management;

5. Complete other tasks assigned by leadership.

1. Must have a solid foundation in reading and writing English, but oral communication skills are not required; proficient in using office software such as Word, Excel, etc.;

2. Must be articulate and without a strong accent, willing to work a normal customer service shift schedule;

3. Should have an associate degree or higher, be under 35 years of age (exceptions can be made for those with strong capabilities), have over 2 years of work experience, and priority will be given to those with experience in connected car services, the automotive sales and service industry, or call center customer service.
